World ICU is a human resource support company - we help our clients improve profits and productivity, and reduce risk in managing human capital.
Our competence management tool, UTRAC, applies a proven process that efficiently identifies key competencies, assesses gaps in employee experience or knowledge, facilitates training and then validation of competence.
World ICU works with educational institutions to verify and obtain certification in the form of tickets, certificates, diplomas, degrees and professional designations for people. We are also in alliance with training organizations so that when gaps are identified, an immediate solution is available.
Competence validation is one of the secrets to unlocking human potential in an organization - the key to competitive advantage.
